Thanks to a dear friend and existing customer of Anna’s, I was introduced to The Framing Studio.  To this day, I am forever grateful that I have at last found an incredibly talented and helpful framer for my textile artworks.  I had no idea how much care an attention Anna would put into each and every piece I sent over to be framed, which has resulted in a collaboration that helped me find my artistic identity in my framed pieces.

 I have never felt so guided and cared for when sending in artwork to be framed and each time my work is returned to me in those fabulous professional wooden crates, I almost always cry when I open them.  Anna’s sensitivity to my artwork is immensely helpful and she has taught me a great deal about all of the processes involved in framing.  In the past, I have always feared picking up my framed pieces and rarely feel thrilled with the results - those feels are thankfully now in the past.  When I send my work off to be framed, I know Anna will check and double check what I am hoping for as well as offering hugely useful suggestions - my work is safe with Anna.  The quality of her work, and exquisite woods and techniques only boost the quality of My work.  I would never take my artwork anywhere else and now consider Anna a dear friend and beautiful person to work with.

I was drawn to Anna’s work over that of other framers I had used because she is an artist as well. Her artistry is evident in the way she carefully considers each piece individually. I have worked with several framers and it has always felt like a bit of a battle before but with Anna I feel that she instinctively understands where I'm coming from and it makes everything far far smoother.Working with Anna and The Framing Studio is always an enjoyable experience. It feels like an extension of the making itself. A beautiful way to round off a piece both visually but also as a process.
